Hi. I am Jilian Metzner, the artist behind J.M. Pottery. I am a middle school English teacher and a mom, so for now, pottery is just a hobby of mine. However, I am incredibly passionate about creating, learning, and playing with clay any chance I can get. I create all of my pieces by hand in my backyard pottery shed, often with our golden retriever, Rocky, at my feet. There is nothing quite like holding a handmade ceramic piece. I look forward to sharing my creations with you!
